I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday to get my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. The manager said it would take about an hour, and within 30 minutes the my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. I was shocked when I arrived to find out that I had to pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years. And they told us pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years. And they told us that we had to pay for it whether we wanted it or not. And on top of that, we were there for over two hours. we've never had to wait that long. And to be blunt, the staff acted like they could care less that we even came in. The lady there to check us out act like it was a burden for her to do so More

This is the second appointment I’ve had for an oil change and tire rotation that has taken over two hours. The first one I waited for a little over 2 hours for my car and two people that came in after me wer and tire rotation that has taken over two hours. The first one I waited for a little over 2 hours for my car and two people that came in after me were finished before me which was very frustrating. Then my appointment that I just had on the November 15th took over 3 hours. I messaged the number that was sent to either call about my car or text and I asked if my car was almost finished and I never received a response. So I walked back to where you check in and they couldn’t even find my car so then I waited for another 15 minutes. Very frustrating! More
