My service appointment was scheduled for 0845 on 2/4/25. Being unable to drop off on 2/4 I brought vehicle in on the morning of 2/3/25. Later that afternoon of 2/3 I received a call from service dept that m Being unable to drop off on 2/4 I brought vehicle in on the morning of 2/3/25. Later that afternoon of 2/3 I received a call from service dept that my vehicle was ready to be picked up. Obviously, that was unexpected but appreciated even though I was unable to return later in the day on 2/3. I have had prior service done on my vehicle(s) at JC and each time it has been addressed in a professional manner from scheduling to vehicle return. More
