I do not have another car and will not drive it for over a month, because you won't take care of long time loyal customers. I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday to get my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. I was shocked when I arrived to find out that I had to pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years. And to be blunt, the staff acted like they could care less that we even came in. The lady there to check us out act like it was a burden for her to do so More
