It took a long time for the body work. But more importantly when I called I was told the car was in a certain stage if the process and then 5 days later it really wasn’t. Very hard to pan with false updates. I have never experienced this much disorganization for body work. Would not recommend. More

My initial appointment for oil change and air filter was fine. After 2 days my engine light came on. I went to Joseph service to ask for a check. The man registering said i5 woul$ need a diagnostic evalua fine. After 2 days my engine light came on. I went to Joseph service to ask for a check. The man registering said i5 woul$ need a diagnostic evaluation that would cost $180 plus and require 24 -48 hours. I explained I had just been in 2 days ago and then engine light came on. After being told to mak3 an appointment another gentleman came forward, im presuming a supervisor, and went with me to check under the hood. H3 found the the oil dip stick was not securely put on. I am very appreciative BUT I would have expected this offer to do an immediate look under th3 hood from the 1st man I encountered. More
Bought used car. They said had full inspection before sale. On day of purchase found 2nd key fob broken dealer said couldn't fix or replace. On way home shift knob breaking apart. 2 weeks later have to replace battery. After Joseph Chevrolet does complimentary service car smoking on way home. Go back and service man said just some oil spill on engine. Notice radiator hose bubble said you should replace it asap. More
