New policy to have to go through service department paperwork to have air put in tires is ridiculous. Appointment was at 9:00 a. m. nothing was done to my car until after 1:00 p.m. And then they were unable to duplicate or fix the brake screeching problem. I was told to wait unt m. nothing was done to my car until after 1:00 p.m. And then they were unable to duplicate or fix the brake screeching problem. I was told to wait until the car gets to 5K miles to vheck again. There was a snafu as well with the car picking me up from home. Very disappointing experience. More
