Poor Service Experience Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. First time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership to have interior lighting looked at. Made an appointment and when the service writer came to me with my car he told me that they are too backed up with recalls at the time and I should just take my car back to the dealership I purchased it at. Second time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership after again making an appointment to have my tire pressure sensor looked at because it did not seem to be working properly. When I arrived for this appointment it took what seemed like an eternity for someone to address me or to tell me which service writer I needed to see a gentleman proceeded to tell me that they were extremely busy just to look at all the service tickets on the back counter waiting to be done. Once I was given a service writer I was going over my concerns with my car and what I was there for and he asked me if I was going to leave my car because this may take several hours. When he said that I was confused as to how he could tell me several hours before anyone even looked at my car. I made an appointment so they could take my car back and look at the problem and then come to me in the service waiting area and let me know what the conclusion was and we could go from there NOT to walk into the service writers area and have them be rude and dismissive of my and my car because they were too busy to deal with me. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles into any JOSEPH dealership in the future nor will I ever purchase for them either. These two experiences were enough to have me drive home and want to do all that I can to let others know that JOSEPH CHEVROLET is not nor will ever be a place that values their customers. More
