I had a really good experience from Joseph Chevrolet and their service department. They got my car done earlier than was actually promised.. the service writer kept me up to date on what was going on and ho their service department. I lease from them so when I had body damage I took it in. The repair person who took pictures and looked it over said probably five days when the actual estimate was made they said 13 days. They said when they started there was more damage than I thought but this is more than a month that I have not had my car. This is the second time I’ve leased from them and it will be my last. More
I bought car in on recall n added oil change was told it would 3 hrs for both n its been 3 hrs now n my car is still on the lift and when I inquired from the female tech who told me 2 hours she was rude and would 3 hrs for both n its been 3 hrs now n my car is still on the lift and when I inquired from the female tech who told me 2 hours she was rude and nasty. This is my last time I have came here for 7 years and each year it gets worse .......... As I sit here now was not offered a loaner or kept up with what is going on just sitting . After calling several times to create and double-check my appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles. They refused me service because of the age and wear on my car, which is not even exceptional or out of the ordinary. I have never heard of this happening to anyone anywhere. The only thing malfunctioning with my car was the speed sensor, yet they still refused to service my vehicle and turned me away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More
Been buyer a car for 30k couple month ago.was a chevrolet colorado.this car was a lemon.been there several time and my car still have lot of problem.they rude and disrespectful!!!!! 2019 Silverado Scuff/Dent in the bumper Bought a new 2019 Silverado from Joesph Chevy on Colerain, Ohio. I saw that it had some scuffs and scratches in it after bring in home on Dec. 24th. T Bought a new 2019 Silverado from Joesph Chevy on Colerain, Ohio. I saw that it had some scuffs and scratches in it after bring in home on Dec. 24th. They fixed the scratches in the door but after realizing the bumper chrome piece was chipped and dented, they would not replace it. They said it would be too much of a loss for the dealer. What kind of customer service/satisfaction is that? If you buy something new, you expect it to be in great shape. I am beyond ticked off. More

Jeff Wyler was as accommodating as Joseph Chevrolet was degrading. Gee I guess I just don't want some middle aged, jaded chauvinist working on my vehicle. I was considering making my next vehicle purchase at Joseph Chevrolet but after this experience I will not be returning but however taking my business to Jeff Wyler who obviously appreciates my business. Very poor service repair customer service As a long time customer with Joesph Chevrolet I expected to be treated as such when I contacted them in regards to repairs that 2012 Chevrolet equinox As a long time customer with Joesph Chevrolet I expected to be treated as such when I contacted them in regards to repairs that 2012 Chevrolet equinox needed. Unfortunately, I was wrong. The auto mechanic that I delt with was unexplainably rude. On top of the poor customer service I received from Jospeh Chevrolet services ,located on Colerain Ave in Cincinnati, OH, I feel as though I was extremely over charged for labor. I honestly do adore my vehicle and had plans on upgrading to newer model next year, but I'm very disappointed with the service experience I've had. I will be spending my money elsewhere in the future. Thank you. More
Poor Service Experience Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. Tried two times to have my car serviced for warranty work and left both times before having car looked at due to service writers not doing their jobs. First time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership to have interior lighting looked at. Made an appointment and when the service writer came to me with my car he told me that they are too backed up with recalls at the time and I should just take my car back to the dealership I purchased it at. Second time brought my 2014 Camaro SS into dealership after again making an appointment to have my tire pressure sensor looked at because it did not seem to be working properly. When I arrived for this appointment it took what seemed like an eternity for someone to address me or to tell me which service writer I needed to see a gentleman proceeded to tell me that they were extremely busy just to look at all the service tickets on the back counter waiting to be done. Once I was given a service writer I was going over my concerns with my car and what I was there for and he asked me if I was going to leave my car because this may take several hours. When he said that I was confused as to how he could tell me several hours before anyone even looked at my car. I made an appointment so they could take my car back and look at the problem and then come to me in the service waiting area and let me know what the conclusion was and we could go from there NOT to walk into the service writers area and have them be rude and dismissive of my and my car because they were too busy to deal with me. I will NEVER bring any of my vehicles into any JOSEPH dealership in the future nor will I ever purchase for them either. These two experiences were enough to have me drive home and want to do all that I can to let others know that JOSEPH CHEVROLET is not nor will ever be a place that values their customers. More
