I took my car in that morning to get an oil change, I had a ride home so I told them to give me a call when it was done and I will be in to get it. At about 5:40 pm I called, because they close at 5:30 and i a ride home so I told them to give me a call when it was done and I will be in to get it. At about 5:40 pm I called, because they close at 5:30 and it was ready, If I hadn’t called I may have not gotten my car that day., I think they might have forgotten me, which I do understand that we all make mistakes. I went in to pay my bill and and she ask me if the keys she showed me were mine and said yes, paid the bill and she said she would have someone bring my car in. Went out in the service area for about seven minutes and no car, a worker there, who has been there a long time and. very nice, asked me what can I do for you and I told him they were going to bring my car in, I told him I don’t have the keys and he said he would check and came out with the keys and went and got my car. The service dept. was not busy at the time, I think I was the only customer, I m not angry, I like doing busy with Joseph, I have bought five cars from Joseph since 2005 and will continue. I don’t want anybody in trouble or lose there job, maybe talk to them and let them know how important is is to take care of customers, business and there jobs. Like I said I don’t want to cause any problems for any workers. Everyone one was nice to me I have no problems with that, just a little not paying attention to there job. Maybe just a little lecture on taking care of customers. I will return, very happy with Joseph…Thank You More
Service good, but disappointed as to why the issue happened or how it could have been prevented. Found out gaskets are not covered under warranty and they did not have any loaners available. I asked if the same issue could happen to my 2019 Equinox and was told no idea. The same time the 2017 was in service we got a call from sales to get us to trade it in. Never heard again from them. I have already filled out one survey and never heard from dealer. Doubt I will hear concerning this. $2500 for car $900 for rental More

Everyone was great and friendly. I had them fix my tire monitors. so they were working on my tires. But the papers they gave me said I needed to fix the air in my tires. DROPPED CAR OFFF THE NIGHT BEFORE WITH A 730 AM APPT SCHEDULED FOR OIL CHANGE AND COOLANT FLUSH. I CALL SERVICE AT 1145 THEY STATED JUST WRAPPING THINGS UP.
