I'm disappointed in the customer service at Joseph Chevrolet. I had a 7:30 appointment and left my car to be looked at. Although I had an appointment, they didn't even look at my car for 2 days. Nobod Chevrolet. I had a 7:30 appointment and left my car to be looked at. Although I had an appointment, they didn't even look at my car for 2 days. Nobody contacted me on the progress for 5 days. During that time, I would call the front desk and ask for the service department, but no one ever picked up the phone. The front desk person said she would ring him up, but the technician never picked up. This went on for 5 days before someone finally contacted me to tell me what was wrong with my car. I understand that sometimes they are busy, but the lack of communication was unacceptable. More

Was told 24 to 48 hours . I asked for a loner and the scheduler told me it would be mid January before I can get one. I have multiple error codes and it shudders and is hard to control. I do not have another car and will not drive it for over a month, because you won't take care of long time loyal customers. You have lost my business and my new vehicle purchase, that is happening today. More

I stopped in without an appointment on a Saturday to get my radio reprogrammed due to a recall, and they took my truck in immediately. I was shocked when I arrived to find out that I had to pay for a tire rotation that I did not even want. I felt like that was a very poor taste. My husband's done my rotation for years.
