This is the second appointment I’ve had for an oil change and tire rotation that has taken over two hours. The first one I waited for a little over 2 hours for my car and two people that came in after me wer and tire rotation that has taken over two hours. The first one I waited for a little over 2 hours for my car and two people that came in after me were finished before me which was very frustrating. Then my appointment that I just had on the November 15th took over 3 hours. I messaged the number that was sent to either call about my car or text and I asked if my car was almost finished and I never received a response. So I walked back to where you check in and they couldn’t even find my car so then I waited for another 15 minutes. Very frustrating! More
Everything went very well, oil change, tire rotation, took 45 minutes no issues. I took my car to Joseph Service depth a month ago for tire monitor light & other messages flashing, they told me it would take them a couple days, they gave me a ride home & took over a wk, when they cal tire monitor light & other messages flashing, they told me it would take them a couple days, they gave me a ride home & took over a wk, when they called me to pick up my car, I get in the car wouldn't start, couple days later they said I needed a new battery, now the tire monitor is back on, I'm told the only fixed 2, there are 4, the part needed is on back order, waiting. It took a long time for the body work. But more importantly when I called I was told the car was in a certain stage if the process and then 5 days later it really wasn’t. Very hard to pan with false updates. I have never experienced this much disorganization for body work. Would not recommend. More
