Rude liars WOW! What a rotten experience. I pulled up and got out to check out a blue Camaro they have been advertising on cars.com and auto trader.com, I get t WOW! What a rotten experience. I pulled up and got out to check out a blue Camaro they have been advertising on cars.com and auto trader.com, I get there and it was a demo car with 3,000 miles on it! That has to be clear in your advertisement! So I had a sales person come out to chat with me, he was nice but at one point when I told him they didn't have what I wanted he was like okay, let me go get you a brochure... instead of bringing me a brochure, he brought the manager out with him. The manager was completely RUDE! He attempted to size me up. He said he would not let me test drive a Camaro and that dealers don't do that anymore... that's the third lie in like 10-15 minutes of me being on site. So then he is even worse by saying that they don't just hand out camaro test drives like ride tickets. He said I couldn't test drive any of them but he would take me in his office and let me buy one! WHAT?! So he could tell I was on to him and he was like... you can sit in it. OH WOW. So I humored the manager and I sit in this car they wouldn't let me test drive. Then he comes to the driver side window and tries to sell me a 2018 Malibu he can't get rid of... I had to tell him three times that I didn't want a Malibu. Then he proceeds to argue with my mother that 3,000 miles on a "new" car is normal and that it's still new because it has never been titled. So needless to say, we got the xxxx out of there. We told him we were going to Jake Sweeney and he started getting nasty saying how they sell cars for cheaper which is a total lie and really poor form if you want to keep and or earn someone's respect. Speaking of respect, he didn't show me any at all. treating me like "the little lady" and trying to get me to buy his crap "practical" car. What he didn't know is that little black purse I had on was full of thousands of dollars in CASH and I was ready to buy. But instead of respecting me he treated me like I wasn't a qualified buyer. SO I WENT TO JAKE SWEENEY IN TRI COUNTY, GOT TREATED RESPECTFULLY, TEST DROVE SEVERAL CARS INCLUDING CAMAROS AND BOUGHT A CAR WITH CASH. DISHONEST and RUDE I just got off the phone and had a lengthy discussion with Chris in Sales. I bought a used car there awhile ago and the saleswoman didn't give me the extra key. I didn't notice for awhile and when I called about it they I could come in and just get one--but I'd have to come in on Tuesday between 9a-10a only. They never told me I had to have paperwork to prove I was owed a key. I work during the week and so my mother went in several times and was turned away each time because the one guy who makes the keys was already gone or too busy, etc. I then got sick and was in and out of the hospital so getting in to get another key was not on my mind. Then, when my mom went in again on a Tuesday, the time had been changed to Wednesday. Up until now, it wasn't an issue; however, I now need the second key for work. I explained this several times (although I was talked over/interrupted repeatedly) but Chris basically called me a liar and that I had to have the paperwork... that no one gave me. He was so incredibly rude and the whole experience has been a nightmare. Not only was it their error that I didn't get the second key, they didn't make any notes in their system and I now have to pay for one out of pocket. CHRIS was HORRIBLE and this dealership is NOT TO BE TRUSTED. DO NOT DO BUSINESS WITH THIS DEALERSHIP. More
2019 Silverado Scuff/Dent in the bumper Bought a new 2019 Silverado from Joesph Chevy on Colerain, Ohio. I saw that it had some scuffs and scratches in it after bring in home on Dec. 24th. T Bought a new 2019 Silverado from Joesph Chevy on Colerain, Ohio. I saw that it had some scuffs and scratches in it after bring in home on Dec. 24th. They fixed the scratches in the door but after realizing the bumper chrome piece was chipped and dented, they would not replace it. They said it would be too much of a loss for the dealer. What kind of customer service/satisfaction is that? If you buy something new, you expect it to be in great shape. I am beyond ticked off. More

Right vehicle, fair price! Purchasing a new vehicle is always a painful experience for me. I dealt with four dealerships in three states in the attempt to obtain a truck that met my needs at a price I consider fair. I want to thank Stewart Marsh and Ken Nieman at Joseph Chevrolet who know their product and went the extra mile to make sure my needs and price were met. More
the people who work there here are nice but the cars are hor I have got 3 brand new cars from this place and all have broken down on me at some point ihave got a 2014 Chevy cruz and 2014 equinox.After having the I have got 3 brand new cars from this place and all have broken down on me at some point ihave got a 2014 Chevy cruz and 2014 equinox.After having the cruz for less than a year it kept not wanting to start and finally one day left me stranded in the pouring rain so i got it towed back to chevy talked to them and they talked to me into getting a 2015 chevey cruz so now that cruz is doing the exact same thing took it up to there service dept and lo and behold they can't seem to find anything wrong with it so i guess now i have to wait to get stranded somewhere again. Now the equinox is starting to act up its a leasse. The othere i go to the store and this car stalled on me when i was backing up and puttered all the way home and now the engine light is on took it up to chevey and what do you know but my warrenty went out less than a month ago so now i have to give them 105.00 to just look at it which i do not have so i called the chevy customer and have a open case with them. I wish i would have went to ford or honda instead they are making these cars so cheap this is the worst experience i have ever had in my life i pay all this money each month so i wouldn't have to go through this and its worse than having a used car cause now i have loan payments ontop of car repair bill horrible More

Jeff Wyler was as accommodating as Joseph Chevrolet was degrading. Gee I guess I just don't want some middle aged, jaded chauvinist working on my vehicle. I was considering making my next vehicle purchase at Joseph Chevrolet but after this experience I will not be returning but however taking my business to Jeff Wyler who obviously appreciates my business. Wonderful customer service! Rickie was great! I had stopped in to just look at a Corvette Stingray... I walked out trading my two 2014 vehicles for two 2016 vehicles- corvette stingray and a 4 whe I had stopped in to just look at a Corvette Stingray... I walked out trading my two 2014 vehicles for two 2016 vehicles- corvette stingray and a 4 wheel drive Silverado. Rickie was wonderful as well as the new car sales manager. The finance manager, Shane, was informative and kept the paperwork simple. Everyone works together as a "team" in order to satisfy their customers. I have not had a new car sales person that was as attentive and knowledgable about the vehicles he was selling me as I have with Rickie. Keep up the great work Joseph Chevrolet! I will definitely be using your service department for my new vehicles as well! More
