I told them what I was willing to pay & they pret Liars, Liars, and oh yeah...MORE LIARS!!! Went there with the intention of purchasing a new truck. I told them what I was willing to pay & they pretty much agreed to everything. Then they ruined it. My interest rate jumped a full percentage point on a bait & switch tactic. They told me there was nothing they could do about it, so I walked out the door. Suddenly, the rate dropped half a point...but 5 minutes earlier they couldn’t do anything about it. Got in my truck & drove home. Called me the next day & refused to fix the problem over the phone. I was told we could discuss that when I came in. I live an hour away...not happening. Was finally told the truck had sold, but it’s still listed on their website...liar. Fed up with the lies & stupid games. Never ever do business with these liars & crooks. More

I purchased a new 2021 Chevy 2500 hd. Had a great experience I would highly recommend them. They ordered it and in about 5weeks it was in. After calling several times to create and double-check my appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 appointment, and driving all the way to the dealership, they told me that they could not accept my car since it was 10 years old and had over 100,000 miles. They refused me service because of the age and wear on my car, which is not even exceptional or out of the ordinary. I have never heard of this happening to anyone anywhere. The only thing malfunctioning with my car was the speed sensor, yet they still refused to service my vehicle and turned me away. DO NOT RECOMMEND. More

Who Does This...? I had purchased a car here before, had a great experience and wanted to trade mine in. I called about a vehicle I saw online and asked if a Manager was in thinking I could get some quick answers. Without screening my call, the GM, Reece Powers, took my call and said he could help me. I asked about the car I saw, but expressed concern with how long it would take me to get there, just getting back to work. He said “no worries, I will send someone to pick up your car and bring this to you, drive it and see what you think, no strings and take your time deciding. Meanwhile we can appraise your car and be ready in case you decide to purchase.” WHO DOES THAT?? The courtesy and respect that is shown when I purchase a vehicle at this dealership is unparalleled in my car buying experience. Truly, if you have concerns about pressure, fair treatment etc. THIS IS THE PLACE TO GO! More

I walked in to look at a few vehicles mainly a truck. Myles Weber was the one who greeted me. He was extremely helpful/realistic and professional. This was the worst truck buying experience I've ever had! The New Car sales manager Ryan Amburgey was very unprofessional in handling my request for information related equipment on the vehicle that I was interested in purchasing not to mention knew very little about the options on the truck. I ask several times to have him call me to ask additional questions. Bottom line I would not recommend this dealership for purchasing new or used. More
