We haven’t bought a new car a many years and wasn’t thrilled going through the process!?! Zack Hein met us in the lot and answered all of our questions (sometimes twice). Humor and patience were appr thrilled going through the process!?! Zack Hein met us in the lot and answered all of our questions (sometimes twice). Humor and patience were appreciated! Dave and Stuart explained the buying process. They made sure we were purchased what we wanted and no pressure for other offers. Definitely would recommend Joseph Chevrolet to anyone wanting to buy a car. More

I took my car in that morning to get an oil change, I had a ride home so I told them to give me a call when it was done and I will be in to get it. At about 5:40 pm I called, because they close at 5:30 and i a ride home so I told them to give me a call when it was done and I will be in to get it. At about 5:40 pm I called, because they close at 5:30 and it was ready, If I hadn’t called I may have not gotten my car that day., I think they might have forgotten me, which I do understand that we all make mistakes. I went in to pay my bill and and she ask me if the keys she showed me were mine and said yes, paid the bill and she said she would have someone bring my car in. Went out in the service area for about seven minutes and no car, a worker there, who has been there a long time and. very nice, asked me what can I do for you and I told him they were going to bring my car in, I told him I don’t have the keys and he said he would check and came out with the keys and went and got my car. The service dept. was not busy at the time, I think I was the only customer, I m not angry, I like doing busy with Joseph, I have bought five cars from Joseph since 2005 and will continue. I don’t want anybody in trouble or lose there job, maybe talk to them and let them know how important is is to take care of customers, business and there jobs. Like I said I don’t want to cause any problems for any workers. Everyone one was nice to me I have no problems with that, just a little not paying attention to there job. Maybe just a little lecture on taking care of customers. I will return, very happy with Joseph…Thank You More
