Perhaps due to our purchase being on a holiday weekend, all went well until time to sign the purchase and finance paperwork. The finance employee for the Used Car division was off for the day, so we waited all went well until time to sign the purchase and finance paperwork. The finance employee for the Used Car division was off for the day, so we waited 3.5 hours in the New Car building to sign off on the paperwork. They gave us five free Mike’s Car Wash coupons. We had to take the car back the next week to have a part replaced. Ended up they needed to get an additional part, as well from a deal close by. It took extra time, but at least I didn’t have to make another trip. More
