I went to Joseph Cheverlot to view a used Chevy Colorado. After texting with a salesman from the dealership, he confirmed it was available. After driving over two hours, the salesman (named Tilla) told me th After texting with a salesman from the dealership, he confirmed it was available. After driving over two hours, the salesman (named Tilla) told me that they had sold the truck the night before. That in itself is not a problem but they should have let me know. They wasted my time, my gas, and my energy. They made no attempt to rectify the situation and instead kept replying, "Well you know all dealerships are first come, first serve". Absolutely unreliable dealership with terrible customer service. I for one would never buy a car from this dealership after that experience and I recommend everyone go buy a car elsewhere. More
