After spending several hours two weeks before getting an oil change, I came in today for new tires and alignment per quote given to me during the prior appointment. 2 ½ hours later they said it was ready. W oil change, I came in today for new tires and alignment per quote given to me during the prior appointment. 2 ½ hours later they said it was ready. When I checked out, I noticed they had not performed the alignment. I complained and 1 ½ hours later, I was finally finished, as I am finished with Joseph. Four hours for new tires?!!! Poor salesman/professionalism all the way up to the top of management. I will go elsewhere for my maintenance needs. More
