This has been my first time ever buying a car or having a car serviced by a dealership. My recent experience having my Lacrosse worked on was very good. Everyone that worked in the service department was fri car serviced by a dealership. My recent experience having my Lacrosse worked on was very good. I brought my vehicle on September 16 to have one of my tires replaced because I had a warranty on them and the woman on service department I met that day was unprofessional, rude and disrespectful.
