Every time I have a coupon or try to use my GMC points it is a major ordeal. Didn’t get to use my points due to scheduling the service online, however it does ask if you want to use the points. I scheduled for a simple oil change. My appointment was at 820am. I arrived to the shop at 745am. The tech said my appointment was for an oil change and tire rotation.
