I bought a new 2021 Envision at this dealership 6 months ago. It has illuminating strips inside on front doors, vents and dash. One strip went out. Their service dept said they didn't know what this lightin ago. It has illuminating strips inside on front doors, vents and dash. One strip went out. Their service dept said they didn't know what this lighting is and can't fix it. So they cant fix or replace something on one of their new cars??? They don't want to help me so I asked them to call Corporate (Engineering) to figure it out. I'm very disappointed and would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
Be careful when you pick your car up from being service!! It might be damage like mines was and I was told by Dwayne France the service advisor that I bought my car there like that!! And after they review the camera and noted and seeing that I didn’t bring my car it was not damaged when I bought it there I did not get no apologies from Dwayne or anything but they did fix it thanks to Karl Moeller!! I always check your car out when it has been serviced!! More
