The service technicians were very professional but friendly. My routine oil change and tire rotation went smoothly and took about the hour they predicted. I was able to use some of my rewards so the friendly. My routine oil change and tire rotation went smoothly and took about the hour they predicted. I had an issue previously with the wrap warranty not covering an item when I felt it should have. Long story. I previously gave the dealership a bad review for this but the finance manager, Patrick, con covering an item when I felt it should have. Long story. I previously gave the dealership a bad review for this but the finance manager, Patrick, contacted me and said this should have never happened the way it did, and therefore handled it in such a way that made me have confidence, like I previously did in the dealership, again. I will continue bringing my car there in the future. They deserve a 5 star rating for this. More

I am very upset with what the dealer finance officer led me to believe, who closed the deal on the puchase of my Encore, had told me about my wrap warranty in order to get me to purchase it. I basically was me to believe, who closed the deal on the puchase of my Encore, had told me about my wrap warranty in order to get me to purchase it. I basically was told it covered everything from bumper to bumper with the exception of normal where and tear like tires, brakes, rotors, oil changes, tire rotation, windshield wipers, etc. or I wouldn't have purchased it. It wasn't cheap and I turned it down 3 times before he told me that. He also threw in oil changes and tire rotation for the life of the car at the dealer for $50.00. So I take my car to the dealer when my engine light comes on to see what was wrong. They told me the diagnostics would cost $177.00 if the part was not covered under warranty. So me thinking it would be covered from what I had been told said okay. It was an exaust flex pipe that was split and leaking and now this isn't covered. Now told not covered under warranty it would be $250.00 for the part and $165.00 for labor along with the $177.00 for the diagnostics. I told them not to fix it if not immediately necessary and was told that would be okay to wait a few months. So after paying the $177 for diagnostics, which why would a dealer, where I bought the car, charge me anything to do diagnostics on it, no matter what? I found out that I can get diagnostics done on my car for free at Auto Zone and even buy something to have someone I know do it for me for free. Then after looking up the cost of the flex pipe, found I could get the the part as a kit elsewhere for anywhere from as low as $50.00 to $90.00 and to top it off could do it myself with instructions off the internet, which shows all things needed to do this which is all included in the kits I could purchase myself for a fraction of what the dealer was going to charge me. I plan on taking this to the top if I have to, to get the $177.00 back for diagnostics, which the dealer should have done for free. I am very upset and feel like I was totally ripped off for the diagnostics and would have been more had I let them fix this at the dealer. I am retired and on a fixed income and would have to practically take out a loan for the cost at the dealer. I have been mislead and taken advantage of. Not happy at all and not going to let this just drop. More
