I went in for a new car. I wasn't sure what I was looking for at the time, I just knew I wanted a new toyota. Charlie Stevens was the one that took care of me. From the moment I stepped onto the lot at Joseph Airport Toyota I felt comforted in the thought of buying a new car. Although some may feel this trivial, I enjoyed being offered a variety of beverages while working with Darrell. It was just another small touch that made my experience a positive one. I always refer my friends to Darrell because I know they will be taken care of! PS. Eventhough you could have tried to upsale me, I am so glad that you weren't pushy, and made sure this was an affordable buy! I will definately be back, and will spread the word!!! More

I did wish to put all of car cost on Mastercard but was unable (as a former retailer I should have remembered the fee the cards charge the merchant...not being able to use MC card not a deal breaker once I thought it through). There was no fuss about my trade in and paperwork for both cars was completed in minimal time. Mike gave me as much time as I needed ot get the basics of the nav system and took me to the car to show me how to get started with it...I appreciated that as I am not a electronics user par excellence. My Scion was delivered clean, complete and has been an excellent vehicle for my running around. I thoroughly enjoy my Scion and intend to use it for many years. I am 6'2" and @275 pounds...my Scion xB is easy entry and egress, has lotsa' width for me and a passenger, driver seat bottom is comfortable and sufficiently bolstered, seat back adjustment is better than I expected and works well for me, there is plenty of headroom which means no head banging for me, and there is easy rear storage access with ample space for groceries or the other haulage of modern American life. I rate my experience with both joseph Toyota and my Scion xB as excellent. More
