Excellent Experience This was our first Hyundai purchase; although, I do own a 2008 Kia Sedona. I've dealt with many dealerships over the years and Joseph Hyundai was one of the best. Sean Davis is the reason I purchased the car there. All negotiations were done over the phone/internet as I live in Illinois, and I shopped him hard in Illinois. No one could match his price, honesty, or professionalism. Sean's best price was his first price which in dealing with dealerships is often not the case. Sean made the process seamless and did exactly what he said he would do. I drove to the dealership (over five hours) and Sean, the saleswoman Elise, and the finance man Aaron could not have been more personable or professional. Even other employees of the dealership went out of their way to say hi, and the man who prepped the car was extremely friendly and professional. The deal was done within two hours and my daughter and I were driving out with the car as promised. I highly recommend this dealership.
