We had been searching for a vehicle for a while, I'm pregnant an Recently, my husband and I had the pleasure of purchasing a vehicle from Jordan Auto. We had been searching for a vehicle for a while, I'm pregnant and my husband needed something other than his two-door coupe. We haven't been having much luck. Many dealerships had tried to get us to lease and we felt like we weren't being listened to at all. We went to Jordan on a whim just to look around at their selection and we were lucky to have been greeted by Shawndel when we arrived. He did such a good job listening to our needs and doing everything he could to find us a vehicle that had everything we wanted. Even when my husband's loan payoff for his trade-in was WAY higher than we originally thought, Shawndel and the entire staff did absolutely everything they could to get us the car we really wanted. I've never been more impressed with an automotive group. They were so patient with us, even when I sat there crying after finding out that we owed more than we thought. We also found out later in the day that it was supposed to be Shawndel's day off and he took his time with us and stayed late making sure we were taken care of.
