He was knowledgeable and made us feel like he was on our side and actually wanted us to walk away happy with the deal we got! The manager Mike was friendly and helpful. Very far from the "man behind the glass" type managers from other dealerships. We actually walked away from our experience feeling that we liked our car dealer! That's never happened!!
