Disappointed I’ve been with this location for many years. I got used to the routine and was always very pleased. This time no one sat with me to describe what wa I’ve been with this location for many years. I got used to the routine and was always very pleased. This time no one sat with me to describe what was going to take place. I signed the loaner paperwork at the desk outside of the offices in the service area. They did make a copy of my license and Ins info and I mentioned how I’m sure they love seeing my car because my dog sheds so badly. It was mentioned that there is a new detailer and he’s great. A little while later I received a text that I need new tires, I said no to getting them now. I later called to see if my car was ready and it was. When I returned my car was pulled up, I paid the bill, got a copy, and left. No review of what was done or needed. I would have considered getting tires but it didn’t appear it was worth mentioning, it was more a get them in/out service. Not what has been the norm. My car was not cleaned inside, I admit the dog hair is a lot and it appeared it had been vacuumed minimally but there is no way anything had been wiped down, the windshield still was dirty, the interior was uncleaned. The best part of that visit was seeing Norma! More
