Friendly Service Dept, especially Jessica Lexus dealer in Mishawaka has always been a good place (though expensive as usual) to have our RX350 serviced. In the past we've encountered some patchy service when we constantly had to remind them of the lexus warranty we bought with our rx350 (that's the only ding other than the cost...we are out of warranty now). But Jessica has been our go to service person for the past year and she's been awesome! Good employees are a company's #1 asset (and bad ones #1 liability)! She's made going to the lexus dealer a lot better. But be sure to remind them of you have a warranty before the work is done! Their system should flag it but our experience is that you have to manually remind them. Ps. Service manager Robert was also stellar! More

Wonderful experience at a dealership service bay. I’ve just relocated to the area and was please that there was a Lexus delearship in the area. My previous residence in the Detroit metro area had two I’ve just relocated to the area and was please that there was a Lexus delearship in the area. My previous residence in the Detroit metro area had two near by with convenient and efficent maintenance service, but Jessica far exceeded my baseline expectations. The routine maintenace was prompt, no unneeded services were offered, my time was valued. The cost of maintenace is no issue, but any wasted time I cannot afford. Jessica was extremely knowledgeable on my vehicle and executed great customer service. Jessica minded the small details exemplifying professionalism. I will continue to return to this facility and purchase future vehicles from this dealer based solely on the service department. More
