My service experience I did not purchase my used Lexus from here, but had mine looked at here. The service department was fantastic. Clean, friendly, and helpful. Rip off I was told my brakes, rotors, engine filter, cabin filter, and gravel gaurd needed replaced along with a packet kit for the front right tire because o I was told my brakes, rotors, engine filter, cabin filter, and gravel gaurd needed replaced along with a packet kit for the front right tire because of a nail. I told the service shop not to do anything because of their prices besides the patch kit. When I went in to pay.. I paid my tire patch ($27) and ($64) for just looking at my car. When I got back in my car to leave the maintenance required light was still on. So essentially I just paid $100 someone to patch my tire. Won’t ever happen again. I also but all the parts for under $300 and you guys were going to charge me $1500. More
