Not even owned for a month and front and rear passenger side lights fogging and condensation appears. Mike who sold us the vehicle was great. Very knowledgeable about the vehicles. Service I'm not so sure. I had it looked at today. Vincent told me not to worry they will take care of it. Has a four year bumper to bumper warranty and they called me back to tell me parts will cost 1200 and may have to pay a deductible. Better than paying 1200. Yes.... But I shouldn't have to pay a dime. Spend 28,000 on a vehicle and not even had it for a month and already putting money into it. Which things happen but I don't feel I should have to pay this. It's also ford certified. I did call and leave mike a message to see if anything can be done. Giving them the benefit of the doubt. And a chance to make it right. I'll never go back to Gurley leep ford ever again. First time was ridiculous. Jordan as far as sales go did a good job. Service and management not so sure. We will have to see when parts come in how well they will take care of a new customer paying 28,000 dollars for a car and it's just minor repair but... 1200 for front and rear lights?? I dunno. We will see. I could not rate quality of service due to the fact that they have not responded back or completed the work yet. More
Lacking Service Department 8/6/2015 I am traveling and my oil light came on so I Googled Toyota dealerships and Jordan's Toyota came up. I stopped in to see about getting an oil 8/6/2015 I am traveling and my oil light came on so I Googled Toyota dealerships and Jordan's Toyota came up. I stopped in to see about getting an oil change. I was met by the Assistant Service Manager and explained the problem, granted, I didn't have an appointment but was told they could work me in. I proceeded to tell him it was a fleet vehicle to which he replied I would be interrupting his lunch because he would have to make a phone call to get the approval so therefore he couldn't take care of me today. What kind of service is that? More

The purpose of my visit was to have installed the previously ordered FRD exhaust system on my new 2014 Tacoma 4x4. I found the Asst. Service Manger, Stacy and the Parts Manager, Robby to very co previously ordered FRD exhaust system on my new 2014 Tacoma 4x4. I found the Asst. Service Manger, Stacy and the Parts Manager, Robby to very courteous and helpful. I would recommend this service department to friends and family. Dave Martin SB More
The car to be serviced was purchased from Jordan and is owned by my wife. In the past she has experienced dealerships that are not necessarily friendly to women who bring in their own cars for service. Jor owned by my wife. My wife's special needs were accommodated and she is very pleased with the courtesy and respect she received. More

My regular scheduled service time was nearing but I had questions about a previous service procedure. The service manager and his assistant answered my questions by admitting a mistake was made. He scheduled an appointment, corrected the mistake, serviced my Ford, and got me back on the road in time for me to make my other appointments. They were a great group of people to work with and my problems are solved. More
I loved working with Jeremy in the Ford service dept. He matched the price on some new tires saved us a lot of money!! he was also very pleasant and very friendly on the phone. I had come into the Ford shop early afternoon where it died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. This time though, I had not made an appointment died. I have been comming into Ford for about 5 years now and have always liked the service there. This time though, I had not made an appointment since things happened so quickly. My alternator burnt out and took the battery with it. Mary took over and told me they would be able to take care of everything that afternoon after my truck had the checkup. I was impressed! I expected my truck would be there overnight and maby repaired the next day. Mary kept me updated as to the progress of the repairs, she is a real "Pro". When I left I was very happy to have my transportation once again. More
The service reps are the best, and I am 71 years old and have seen many. They always make you feel good about bringing your car, or truck in my case, to have work done. It has always been done correctly, an have seen many. They always make you feel good about bringing your car, or truck in my case, to have work done. They always have good hot coffee and several of the days newspapers to read while you wait. More
