Every time I come to Jordan Ford it’s an amazing experience. Tom is so great to work with and makes things simple. Brandi is so nice and makes the dreaded paperwork a breeze. Had the best experience at Jordan Automotive Pre-owned. We worked with Wendi and she was awesome during the entire experience. She responded quickly to all of my questions, and worked with us to find our perfect car by going over the options I wanted. I definitely had a special experience since my dad is the lead technician on the Ford side, and I’ve known the GM and most of the shop since I was a kid, but they really treat all of their customers like family, and care about finding the perfect fit. The no-haggle “Jordan Way” also makes it really stress-free. They make sure you have all of the information up-front, which I really appreciate. Thank you to Cory Hayden (general manager) and Wendi Burns (pre-owned sales) for helping us find the perfect car and making the process so easy, and to the technicians, John Wise, and my dad (Steve Kehr) for looking the car over so well to be sure it was safe and ready to go. And thank you to Brandy Crothers for walking us through the financing process to make it so quick and easy and helping to make sure we understood everything we were signing up for.
