I had a bad experience with my salesman and the sales manager at Jones GMC. They do NOT stand behind what they sell. The service department is the only reason I went back. They are great! More

Service manager greeted immediately as I drove in. The service staff was friendly and informative. My car was repaired quickly and I was able to pick my car up that afternoon. More

I took my 2021 GMC Denali in for 45,000 service. They drained the oil, then flushed radiator, started vehicle up with no oil in the motor. Blew the motor. More
