Chris, the service manager at Jones Ford in Shallotte has always been great to work with. This is a smaller dealership that makes their customers feel appreciated...not just another "number" as the saying g always been great to work with. I came in to buy out my lease of my 2020 Ford Explorer ST, I was taken care of by Jason.
