Ordered a ‘24 Edge and very deliberately asked that the front license plate holder NOT be mounted when the car came in (we live in NC, no front plate required). I was assured they would not mount the plat front license plate holder NOT be mounted when the car came in (we live in NC, no front plate required). I was assured they would not mount the plate holder. Car came in, went to dealer and the license plate holder was mounted, a BIG, BLACK WART on the front of the car!!! Pissed is an understatement. Dealer offered to remove it and cover the 3 holes drilled through the fascia with plastic push pins. Really? I spend $46k to have push pins front and center. Don’t know who screwed up, but otherwise salesmen and financing were excellent. More

This vehicle was ordered through the dealer and it was delivered in five months. The car was properly serviced for delivery by the dealer and the transaction of sale was quick. We have purchased many cars from the dealer and all have been handled in the same manner. I found a Chrysler 300 that they had advertised online. We worked a deal over the phone. When I showed up I started noticing that some of the features that were advertised were not on this car. I completed the purchase anyway and realized how I was unsatisfied with the car so I went to trade it in 2 days after the purchase. The dealership that I tried to trade it into noticed that the VIN numbers did not match the VIN numbers of the car that they sold me. I ended up having to make three trips from Wilmington to Shallotte (over 200 miles). They did refund my money but this was a huge inconvenience not to mention the gas wasted. I'm not sure what laws were broken by selling a car with the incorrect Vin but I would not recommend this dealership to anyone. More
