I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Jones Ford and explained that I just nee If you need any work done on your Ford DO NOT GO TO JONES FORD FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Jones Ford and explained that I just needed the celinoid replaced in my rear hatch and was unable to do it myself. $ 366 and 2 1/2 hours later I was told that they ran diagnostics and found that I needed the celinoid replaced in the rear hatch. The service coordinator then proceeded to complain that the tech had to climb over the back seat to get to the rear hatch. HOW ELSE DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD ACESS THE HATCH FROM THE INSIDE WHEN THE CELINOID IS BAD AND I COULDN'T OPEN IT!!!! Then my appointment was for 12 noon today. I arrived only to be told that the techs were at lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.. and I should return at 1:30 to see if they can "fit me in". I WILL NEVER HA VE A CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN ! More

I got my dream truck at Jones Ford Rick the salesman was very helpful and the manager gave me a deal so I could get into the truck I wanted. Beware I bought a vehicle for $16,998 two days later brought it to Goodyear and Discount Tire they both said the tires were dry-rotted called Jones the manag I bought a vehicle for $16,998 two days later brought it to Goodyear and Discount Tire they both said the tires were dry-rotted called Jones the manager said that the report said the tires were fine also they both told me that the tires were from 2010 tires have an expiration date of five years I told the manager that and he had nothing to say please beware over $467 four tires they lost a customer Jones has no customer service once you're off the lot they don't care there's plenty other dealers that have great customer service please beware do not buy a car from here Jones Auto Center you when you beat me you got your money I'm sure you sleep better than me at night More

Don't go there unkess you want to risk bait and switch on vehicle, tires, hidden damage, phony warranty extensions, etc etc, they purposefully create a lot of issues, then when you file a report with AZ Attorney general they will negotiate which under AZ law the AZ Attorney general ends their intervention, then jones reniges on any negotiations. If the Attorney General reactivates file they restart negotiations. Auto Fraud is what they do, older people are treated nice to gain their trust. Then after getting ripped off sales people say " you should be more careful " In selecting what auto dealer you deal with ! More

We live in Tucson I travel extensively back and forth to Phoenix The experience I've had with the dealers in both these areas was high pressure and down right a horrible experience! By luck I stumbled across the reviews of Jones ford on the way home from Phoenix. What a God send! I read one of the reviews mentioning the sales manager Kevin and the sales person Amanda. Needless to say when meeting both of them they had me at hello! We got exactly what we wanted with NO PRESSURE,HASSLE OR ANXIETY! In and out in less than 3 hours, it took longer due to me not knowing which option to take Amanda gave us to choose from. I'm a sales person also and the key to my success is understanding and treating people like I would want to be treated ,if I was buying something .This fact is not taught in a book its in a person or its not. In this fast paced high pressure world its very comforting to know these attributes still exist with some people! :) Thanks again Amanda and Kevin we are very happy ! Eddie and Natalie More

Only good thing I can say is Mark (Sales) was great. But thats where it ends, Finance was Horrible, threw a fit when I paid with my USAA check because they could not make money on the finance ( my wife was thats where it ends, Finance was Horrible, threw a fit when I paid with my USAA check because they could not make money on the finance ( my wife was watching the finance person yell, scream and bang on her table in her office ) We had some issues with the car and for a month can not get a follow up call, have tried through sales, have spoke to internet director, and lastly Service Manager. All told me they would call back and never have. I finally called Ford to see if they can help. I needed an armrest replaced (damaged) and was told by the Internet director that they did not want to replace it with a new one because they did not make enough money when they sold me the car! We spend over 40k on a new Explorer with a damaged arm rest, scratch in the cup holder console, and sratches in the paint. Beware of this dealership...there is no follow up after you leave! More
