Service does not exist at " Service department " If you need any work done on your Ford DO NOT GO TO JONES FORD FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Jones Ford and explained that I just nee If you need any work done on your Ford DO NOT GO TO JONES FORD FOR SERVICE. I brought my 2012 Ford Escape to Jones Ford and explained that I just needed the celinoid replaced in my rear hatch and was unable to do it myself. $ 366 and 2 1/2 hours later I was told that they ran diagnostics and found that I needed the celinoid replaced in the rear hatch. The service coordinator then proceeded to complain that the tech had to climb over the back seat to get to the rear hatch. HOW ELSE DO YOU THINK THEY WOULD ACESS THE HATCH FROM THE INSIDE WHEN THE CELINOID IS BAD AND I COULDN'T OPEN IT!!!! Then my appointment was for 12 noon today. I arrived only to be told that the techs were at lunch from 12 to 1 p.m.. and I should return at 1:30 to see if they can "fit me in". I WILL NEVER HA VE A CAR SERVICED HERE AGAIN ! More
