Carlie Riggs did an excellent job going over the checklist indicating what was done and what was recommended. I have gotten other services done at this dealership but this is the first time that someone took the time to explain things. Excellent! More

I did not have to wait, my trade was 10 years old it was running fine but I did not want to take any chances with it.feel Jones offered me a the lot. Loved the way I was treated by this company, my sister had asked for help from them to help me find a vehicle, they did such a great job with her, she was pretty sure they could help, I kept getting turne had asked for help from them to help me find a vehicle, they did such a great job with her, she was pretty sure they could help, I kept getting turned down by bigger dealerships that advertised, any kind of credit we can help, and turned down in 5 minutes without any kind of help. The vehicle I had prior was just an awful experience from beginning to end with a different dealership. She set an appointment and when we arrived, we were greeted at the door and right away meet with Chris M., he had us see about 3 vehicles, found one I liked, Chris M. , the sales person, Christina and Brady in Finance, all made sure that the sale when smoothly, we were not left sitting at a desk/table for very long and was checked on by other team members while we waited which really impressed me. Chris was very thorough about explaining everything about the vehicle and Brady was very knowledgeable and made it fun while signing papers. I am very happy as well as my sister and we both would highly recommend this company and team to friends and family. More
Brand new Maverick had traded worth more so drove away with new truck pd for. Vince great sales guy. Had dash cam installed tech destroyed the interior deep scratches. Loose dash board. Stains everywhere with new truck pd for. Vince great sales guy. Had dash cam installed tech destroyed the interior deep scratches. Loose dash board. Stains everywhere missing parts. Missing floor mats too many issues to mention Paid over $1000.00 for installation and now my new truck destroyed. Service department manager will not reimburse me and makes excuses blaming me for wanting the install. Is it so much to ask that they make it right? We have bought over 6 vehicles from them and have had no issues in the past. Vince and Eric are like family. Getting a new truck is not an option. The tech destroyed the newness and now I have to live with it. More
