Not recommended for online sales I do not recommend this dealership for online sales. They are only interested in sales, not customer satisfaction. This dealership was ok for pre-pu I do not recommend this dealership for online sales. They are only interested in sales, not customer satisfaction. This dealership was ok for pre-purchase services, i.e. everything went ok during the purchase process. Post purchase was a different story. I purchased my vehicle online and the dealership arranged delivery ($1100 for 600 mile delivery) through a private shipping company and supervised the loading of the vehicle. The vehicle was damaged during shipment due to how the vehicle was secured to the delivery truck. Once I noticed the damages and contacted the dealership I was told by the salesman to just spray paint over the damages because it will rust no matter what because of where I live. I was then told to take the vehicle to a local dealership and do what they say, because Jones Ford would do the same. The local dealership recommended replacing the front control arms due to the front control arms being warped and gauged to bare metal. The Jones Ford salesman then told us the dealership had no liability concerning the damages. I requested the manager call me about the matter. I’ve had the truck for over a month and the manager still has not contacted me. I feel this dealership is only interested in Sales. More

Drove from Prescott to purchase a Ford Escape Hybrid, paying cash and no trade in. Salesperson was a "hi-ho". Unwilling to work with us on price and poor product knowledge. We have owned two Ford Escap paying cash and no trade in. Salesperson was a "hi-ho". Unwilling to work with us on price and poor product knowledge. We have owned two Ford Escapes and they have been awesome vehicles. One week later I receive an email from dealership asking if I am still looking. It took them one week to follow-up!!!! That same day last week we ended up purchasing a Toyota Rav 4 Hybrid from Right Toyota in Scottsdale. More

We were not going in to buy a vehicle just because we wanted something new. We had to replace a stolen vehicle, and our situation was such that it was not going to be easy. I have had only 2 good car buying experiences in my life. My first one was in late 2005 when I bought a vehicle from Glenn Jones in Casa Grande. That one was a long time ago and not pertinent to this survey but the second was buying from Glenn Jones in Buckeye. Started with a phone call after visiting a few other dealerships in Scottsdale where we left disappointed. We were transferred to a salesman name Josh who was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Although he seemed newer to the dealership he was personable, charismatic, and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. He explained everything during the process and didn't make us feel pressured which we both appreciated. Sometimes when dealing with salesman it makes you feel like you want to leave or take a shower after meeting them but not in this case. We were in a new used car in less than 2 hours, it was what we wanted and the deal was fair for our situation. The finance person Justine was also very nice and explained everything well and we left the whole experience with only a favorable impression saying to ourselves we are glad we drove all the way to Buckeye.
