That one was a long time ago and not pertinent to this survey but the second was buying from Glenn Jones in Buckeye. Started with a phone call after visiting a few other dealerships in Scottsdale where we left disappointed. We were transferred to a salesman name Josh who was waiting for us as soon as we arrived. Although he seemed newer to the dealership he was personable, charismatic, and answered our questions to the best of his knowledge. He explained everything during the process and didn't make us feel pressured which we both appreciated. Sometimes when dealing with salesman it makes you feel like you want to leave or take a shower after meeting them but not in this case. We were in a new used car in less than 2 hours, it was what we wanted and the deal was fair for our situation. The finance person Justine was also very nice and explained everything well and we left the whole experience with only a favorable impression saying to ourselves we are glad we drove all the way to Buckeye. More
