When took truck home, parts started falling off. Hospitality was good while we were at dealership, but after we got home with truck, we noticed parts starting to pop off. Passenger Headlights were secured in place with wood screws. A day later The driver side headlights popped out. Very disappointed how parts were glued in place just to sell the truck. Even more disappointed that Jones Ford would use this tactic to make a sale to an elderly. More
In my 70 years I have bought/sold dozens of vehicles. For the last 20 I have happily driven Lincoln Town Cars. I noticed a beautiful Lincoln Continental for sale and did some research on the model and fell i the last 20 I have happily driven Lincoln Town Cars. I noticed a beautiful Lincoln Continental for sale and did some research on the model and fell in love. The vehicle was at Jones Ford Buckeye which is more than 100 miles from my location. Sent an email to Jones and within the hour Xavier contacted me. i informed him I was very interested in the vehicle but would not drive to see it. If he wanted to make the sale he would need to bring the vehicle to me for inspection. We discussed payment details and then I was referred to Tylor who was going to bring the vehicle to me. Shortly thereafter I talked with Justine who was extremely friendly, cordial and professional. All details regarding transfer of ownership, payment, registration were covered to my satisfaction. The very next day Tylor arrived exactly at the time we arranged with the vehicle. An inspection ensued and then Tylor and I sat down to sign the papers. Tylor was very patient, explained everything and answered all my questions. He then demonstrated how to utilize the access fob, set up my phone through bluetooth and made sure any other questions I had were fully addressed. About 3 hours after the purchase Tylor called to check in and again asked if I had any questions. He assured me that at anytime I could contact him by phone, email or through the dealership. From the first time I contacted Jones Ford Buckeye, through the entire process which took less than 48 hours everyone was amazingly friend, cordial and professional. I was born and raised in Brooklyn, NY and still have a swollen ego and 'tude but at no time did I have the need to explode, lol. This was absolutely the best experience related to any buy/sell vehicle transaction I have experienced ever. I highly recommend Tylor at Jones Ford Buckeye. All my fellow US Marines give him a call he will do you right! More

Not recommended for online sales I do not recommend this dealership for online sales. They are only interested in sales, not customer satisfaction. This dealership was ok for pre-purchase services, i.e. everything went ok during the purchase process. Post purchase was a different story. I purchased my vehicle online and the dealership arranged delivery ($1100 for 600 mile delivery) through a private shipping company and supervised the loading of the vehicle. The vehicle was damaged during shipment due to how the vehicle was secured to the delivery truck. Once I noticed the damages and contacted the dealership I was told by the salesman to just spray paint over the damages because it will rust no matter what because of where I live. I was then told to take the vehicle to a local dealership and do what they say, because Jones Ford would do the same. The local dealership recommended replacing the front control arms due to the front control arms being warped and gauged to bare metal. The Jones Ford salesman then told us the dealership had no liability concerning the damages. I requested the manager call me about the matter. I’ve had the truck for over a month and the manager still has not contacted me. I feel this dealership is only interested in Sales. More
