bought a low mileage used Jeep from these guys, the first night I had it the check engine light came on. checked the code, it was an oil pressure sensor issue. they came out to pick it up and left me a dirty night I had it the check engine light came on. checked the code, it was an oil pressure sensor issue. they came out to pick it up and left me a dirty (and I mean filthy) ford fiesta as a loaner. mind you, this was in June, not long after the lockdown was lifted and that car looked like it hadn't been cleaned or washed since February. not only that, but they sent some poor older lady out to pick up the Jeep and I had to lend her a little step ladder to get into the Jeep just to drive it back to the dealership. they fixed the issue but when I took it for a road trip vacation I discovered they hadn't adjusted the computer to the 35" tires they had put on it and it made going up hills a challenge. they never returned my calls about fixing that issue so i had to buy my own handheld to make the adjustments they should have made in the first place. here we are, 5 months and less than 4000 miles later, another oil pressure sensor issue. this happened the day I drove the Jeep in a veterans day caravan on veterans day and they're telling me it won't be covered under warranty. at this point there is no way I would recommend them. More
