Pricing is very competitive, they have a good selection of vehicles and are all very friendly. On my first purchase last year, Ford promised a $1000 rebate but only paid $500. Jones told me and I discovered on the Ford website that this was an error but Jones sent me a second $500 check to make things better than expected. Colin has been my salesperson on both deals and it's been hassle free and efficient both times. Finance has treated me right both times - no hard up-sell after you've negotiated already.
