bought a low mileage used Jeep from these guys, the first night I had it the check engine light came on. checked the code, it was an oil pressure sensor issue. they came out to pick it up and left me a dirty night I had it the check engine light came on. checked the code, it was an oil pressure sensor issue. they came out to pick it up and left me a dirty (and I mean filthy) ford fiesta as a loaner. mind you, this was in June, not long after the lockdown was lifted and that car looked like it hadn't been cleaned or washed since February. not only that, but they sent some poor older lady out to pick up the Jeep and I had to lend her a little step ladder to get into the Jeep just to drive it back to the dealership. they fixed the issue but when I took it for a road trip vacation I discovered they hadn't adjusted the computer to the 35" tires they had put on it and it made going up hills a challenge. they never returned my calls about fixing that issue so i had to buy my own handheld to make the adjustments they should have made in the first place. here we are, 5 months and less than 4000 miles later, another oil pressure sensor issue. this happened the day I drove the Jeep in a veterans day caravan on veterans day and they're telling me it won't be covered under warranty. at this point there is no way I would recommend them. I brought my van in three weeks ago, check engine light came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks late came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks later my van was being towed out of my driveway and Ford didn't have to cover it because I was now 30 miles over my warranty. Turns out my throttle body was shot. How does the mechanics there not figure that out. Seems to me they don't want to have to actually fix issues, so they can continue to make money. Not to mention I was charged to have the check engine light checked! They claimed that if they couldn't find an issue when that is checked, they charge. Two weeks later when the vehicle finally went down for good, I called and told them I wanted my money back for the check engine light. To date I can't even get a call back from Tabitha regarding my refund. More
