I brought my van in three weeks ago, check engine light came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks late came on and AC blowing hot. The vehicle was still under warranty. AC was fixed, but no issues with the check engine light, supposedly. Two weeks later my van was being towed out of my driveway and Ford didn't have to cover it because I was now 30 miles over my warranty. Turns out my throttle body was shot. How does the mechanics there not figure that out. Seems to me they don't want to have to actually fix issues, so they can continue to make money. Not to mention I was charged to have the check engine light checked! They claimed that if they couldn't find an issue when that is checked, they charge. Two weeks later when the vehicle finally went down for good, I called and told them I wanted my money back for the check engine light. To date I can't even get a call back from Tabitha regarding my refund. More

Our family has bought eleven (11) new and one (1) used vehicle from Tom Jones Ford dating back to 1998. Not every one of these purchases was a slam-dunk win for us, and a couple of times we couldn't reach consensus on price and bought elsewhere; but we were never treated as less than a potential customer. Never had an issue with service either. You have to respect that you deal directly with a salesman and not start out with a "lot lizard" who started the week prior and doesn't know the product(s), they don't hold your keys to a trade-in hostage or chase after you out to the lot with their "manager" like some places do. Buying a vehicle is always a chore, but less of a chore there. More

oil change Went in for oil change & came out $154 poorer. Had a nail in tire turned out to not be leaking. Found out that my spare tire is a smaller size than my truck tires. Who the xxxx puts a smaller tire on a truck for a spare. Wonder if it's factory or the dealer in Vegas where I bought it. More
