This place has went to xxxx over the years. I have purchased 5 vehicles in the last ten years from Jones and four were from this location and I have never had such a horrible experience until a few we purchased 5 vehicles in the last ten years from Jones and four were from this location and I have never had such a horrible experience until a few weeks ago. Now, I can’t prove it but there is no way ASE certified mechanics at their shop could have missed 15 different electrical codes during their inspection for safety and I think they cleared codes and sold me a lemon. The salesman Eric dragged out the concerns I brought up for weeks to make sure I couldn’t return the vehicle under the 15 day 500 mile lemon law. Every time I try to contact him I would get a new excuse that the sales manager had a family member out sick etc. To anyone looking for a used vehicle BEWARE because at this point I think they are capable of doing anything to sell an unsafe vehicle for commission. I finally gave up and nothing was ever resolved and now I am stuck with new payments on a vehicle that needs thousands of dollars of electrical repairs that they had kept off of their inspection reports. No one has even contacted me to even meet me half way on this and I had to constantly call the salesman who just kept blowing me off. I will never go to this dealer again in my life. They made sure through the whole process to drive home the “vehicle is as is” xxxxxxxx and now I see why. More
Update: This was a 5-star review but now changing it based on my experience with the service and financial department. Would make it zero stars if Google let me. The car I purchased came with a power terrain warranty and 90-day warranty- anything wrong with it, bring it and it will be fixed free of charge. The car had this squealing chirp noise that got louder the longer I drove the car. So, I took it in they said they couldn’t hear it even though I had videos and told them it didn’t start right away when you turned the vehicle on. Took it in again and they thought it might be a belt so they changed it. Didn’t fix it. I started bringing the car in once a week until I came down with covid otherwise I would have been in there more. Each time I brought it in, it was covered under the 90-day warranty until the Last time I brought it in, the service guy heard the chirping but they only cleaned oil on the engine and around the spark plugs. Upon pick up, they informed the 90-day warranty now had a $100 deductible. What?? The last few times there was NO deductible but now the warranty terms changed? I called Financial to discuss this new deductible and left a voicemail for (Justine?) but she never called me back. Called a couple more times and still no one answered or called me back. My car is still making the squealing noise and now shaking but Jones Ford doesn’t want to upfront the cost on repairs. Keep in mind they supposedly do a 121 point check on their vehicles before selling but some how missed this issue in that point check. DO NOT BUY FROM JONES FORD BUCKEYE!!!!! THEY ARE HORRIBLE. I thought they were great compared to Surprise Ford but no. Just as bad. Only Colin gets 5 stars because he at least did his job and worked really hard finding me a car and getting it financed. More

It took them 5 weeks to diagnose and fix a problem with my truck. I called many times during this period to inquire the status and estimated time my vehicle would be repaired and returned to me. Each time I was told the techs could not figure it out even while working with the Ford engineering group. I began to feel like they were not even working on it. I finally called the Ford Corporate Customer Care group in the 4th week and they got things moving. Although I was provided a loaner car, my truck was finally repaired after 5 weeks in the shop. More
