As for the car, it’s been years since I’ve truly enjoyed driving, but the Mustang Mach-E has completely changed that. It’s fun, responsive, and a pleasure to drive. Stars VS Recommend - Thats a tough one. I said not recommend on their Facebook page, but I had to create a new profile to do it. That sort of obstruction says bad things to me. If not I would have said something like, we had some issues and some unnecessary back and forth, but it was resolved in a positive manner. I was just trying to find out if they had resolved issues with other people who had issues. Sales experience 4.5 Service Issue 4 Blocked me from their Facebook page 3. We bought a 2024 F150, with Erik Gallegos, awesome sales person. He was professional, polite and if he didn’t have an answer he found out for us. We also met Monte, the sales manager, great guy, made us fee person. He was professional, polite and if he didn’t have an answer he found out for us. NOT a good experience. Very disappointed. Would not recommend to anyone. I thought keeping it local would be good idea, but they failed once I bought the car. Post sale was Very disappointed. Post sale was not there. 3 weeks after buying the car I called for them to check the aligment because car was shaking on the freeway and A/C not working cold enough. They refused to check it without a diagnostic fee of over $200. Unbelievable!. I bought at Jones thinking car would be at best condition. They behaved just like I would have bought from craiglist. Never again. More
Service Department. I took my Raptor to Jones Ford with an issue I was having with the radio. At first, I took it to the place I purchased it from originally. After them having it for 3 days I was told that it was good to go. Months passed by with that itch that something was still wrong with it. I wasn't too satisfied with the work. I called them and very rudely I was told there wasn't nothing they can do about it. So, I took it to Jones Ford service department. There I met service advisor Tabitha C. I explained the situation, she kept my truck to take a look at it. Tabitha and her technicians worked on my truck immensely for days troubleshooting the affected area. Tabitha always kept good communication status with me the whole time. The team kept on searching for the problem and never gave up on the situation on hand. At times it looked like it was going to be a very critical situation with the vehicle. But the team at Ford Jones stayed on top of their game. Couple days later, the problem was fixed. Excellent.! Tabitha, your expertise and enthusiasm were both appreciated during a time which can be stressful for all concerned! My wife and I sincerely appreciate your efforts and dedication to detail you put into the work done, as well as going above and beyond in fixing another issue that was brought to your attention before closing out the work order.
