Had an appointment to get a tune up/coolant exchange at 0800… got to the dealership 15 minutes early. Took about an hour for the services to bring the vehicle in to get started in the service! 1100 rolls a 0800… got to the dealership 15 minutes early. Took about an hour for the services to bring the vehicle in to get started in the service! 1100 rolls around and the advisor states they’re still working on my vehicle… long story short, got my vehicle back at 1PM…. It shouldn’t take 5 hours to get this stuff done. I’ve been here in the past and I was in and out within an hour. More
I am writing to express my extreme disappointment with the level of service we received at your dealership. It has become clear that client safety and satisfaction were not prioritized in our recent inter the level of service we received at your dealership. It has become clear that client safety and satisfaction were not prioritized in our recent interaction. On Saturday, we brought in our brand-new Ford Bronco after noticing oil leaks in the driveway. While your service manager informed us there was a skeleton crew and that they would only be able to inspect the issue, we clearly communicated importance of a proper review since Sunday we had a a 5-hour drive back to California. Approximately two hours later, we received a text message stating that the oil filter had been found loose, and the issue was resolved. Trusting your team’s expertise, we took the vehicle. However, upon taking it to a Ford dealership in California today, we were informed that the oil filter was still loose and the oil cap had also been left loose—strongly indicating that the problem had not been resolved by your team. It is deeply concerning that we were allowed to drive a vehicle with unresolved oil leaks despite your awareness of our upcoming drive. Not only was this negligent, but it also put our safety at risk unnecessarily. It would have been far more responsible to inform us of the vehicle’s true condition and recommend that it stay over the weekend for a proper resolution. This experience has eroded our trust in your dealership, and we expect immediate action to address this matter. I look forward to hearing how you intend to resolve this issue. More

The service department treats me with cold demeanor, each time I come to get routine maintenance or warranty work completed (most repairs need at least 2 visits to get repair done correctly)… . Don’t understand why a person who just spent 60K would treated so poorly. I wanted to build good trusting relationship with Jones ford service department, unfortunately that didn’t happen. More
Stopped in and met with a highly recommended sales person (Eric) who spent a lot of time with me on a test drive and a complete vehicle overview. Eric was knowledgeable and I appreciated the time he spent with me answering my many questions. The vehicle trim I was interested wasn’t in stock, however I was told that there was one at another dealership equipped like I wanted. I made an offer and manager Ryan accepted the offer. Ryan stated that he would like to contact the fleet manager at the other dealership to check on the status of the vehicle and to make sure that there were no additional dealer ad-ons. I was told I would receive a call the next day. Almost a week later, no phone call, email or nothing. I purchased my car purchase elsewhere and Jones Ford lost a sale on a $62,000 vehicle. Update: I spoke with Eric Morales (sales) today where he recognized the fact that the fleet managers dropped the communication ball, as well as Jones Ford for not keeping me aware of the delay. Having said that, I would like to add that communication is vital in any business and things do happen. I still believe that Jones Ford is a reputable car business and if you do happen to go there definitely seek out Eric Morales.
