Would have given a 5 star rating except the service department let my vehicle sit for 3 or 4 days forgetting that I even dropped it off there. This is the second time I've had this happen and the first department let my vehicle sit for 3 or 4 days forgetting that I even dropped it off there. This is the second time I've had this happen and the first time no one could even find my vehicle. But that's not even a real issue. Both times I've had my vehicle there I have been happy with both the work performed and the service department as a whole. Both times my Jeep has been there it was to fix what another dealership messed up and the service department has been very professional with me. Especially Alyssa, she is absolutely awesome and very professional as well as knowledgeable. She is definitely good at her job and make sure things get done.
