I went in to get a couple key fobs programed for my jeep. The work was done in the satisfactory manner. I did have a few issues. The parts were delayed and it took almost 30 days for them to get ordered arrived and installed. I was not happy about that, I did have a few issues. The parts were delayed and it took almost 30 days for them to get ordered arrived and installed. I was not happy about that, but that was out of the control of the dealer issue was keeping me informed over those 30 days, I was hopeful that I would get a phone call every couple days telling me what was going on in the end but it was gone not really being kept 100% in the loop but that may not have been possible. I am delighted the service department and Rebecca is doing a great job. More
