I gave them 1 star because zero wasn’t an option. There is a lot of miscommunication between sales, finance and management. I went to Jones CDJR because their reputation was good, they had a car I li There is a lot of miscommunication between sales, finance and management. I went to Jones CDJR because their reputation was good, they had a car I liked and offered a warranty, but the experience was horrible. I wasn’t given clear answers to my questions, I wasn’t given upfront pricing, I wasn’t told they would run my credit with 6 different lenders, when I didn’t even need to use their lenders because I had my own lender. But I was told I had to use their lender to get the warranty which I later found out wasn’t true. I was overwhelmed and sold things I didn't want because I thought it was part of something I already agreed on .I could've financed with my personal credit union at a lower interest rate but they lead me to believe I would lose my warranty if I did. I was told by a manager they would fix it and remove the extra warranty I purchased that I didn't want and redo the whole contract. Then I was told by finance that the manager did not talk to her and if he had she would have told him they couldn't do that because it was already sent to the bank. Then I called the bank and they said they haven't received any paperwork yet. I am currently waiting on a call back from a manager or finance to try and resolve my issue. It really seems as if Jones CDJR is in the business of taken advantage of people. Maybe that's why most of the people that work there live in Florence, so they don't have to look the people they took advantage of in the face. More
