It seemed like they were trying to nickel and dime us since they got the prices wrong twice. I had to get them to clean the truck since it was dirty. I came in for an oil change, was overcharged Work was done that was not authorized and was charged for. My service tech was wonderful and she tried to correct overcharge. I was on the phone with the bank when I pointed to my truck and said grey ram he blew up and used fowl language at me. Jason your manager stepped in to help with my refund, I spoke with him about Brandon. Never in my life has someone been so entitled and rude. Jason did offer a free oil change for my next visit, but not sure if I will be using jones ram or jones GMC for either of our vehicles anymore due to your poorly trained employee. More
