I will never refer or suggest anyone to purchase a vehicle from Jones Chevrolet. I brought my Certified GMC truck in for service shortly after I had purchased it from Jones because of an issue with the transmission. I was told that I had metal in the transmission fluid and that I would have to pay for repairs. However, I have an extended warranty and even though Jones is known as being a dealership with a lifetime warranty neither one of those warranty’s would cover the repairs. Lastly, while my truck was in the service center the service manager Mr. Bob Knight was very disrespectful, unprofessional and unconcern about my situation.
