Unfortunate when you buy a vehicle from them, they charge you an extra $1,000.00 to pay cash and force you to buy a non-optional $800.00 for a useless paint and upholstery. Poor Communication was told that the diagnosis would take approximately 2 hours Wednesday 5/8 , the following day 5/9 I was still not notified by lunch of the status of my vehicle . When my fiance called to approximately 2 hours Wednesday 5/8 , the following day 5/9 I was still not notified by lunch of the status of my vehicle . When my fiance called to check the status the vehicle and if the issues had be diagnosed the following day 5/9, he was notified that they were unable to diagnosis the issue and I will have to take it to the Humboldt location where a technician that specializes in Jeeps can diagnose the issues. Later that evening i arrived to pick up my vehicle I had to wait 10 minutes for any assistance, the young lady eventually arrived. The young lady went over the service/maintenance that was completed (transimisson flush, air cabin replaced, oil change, tire rotation-that was not completed due one of tires having a mark on it and the mark tire was still present to the rear driver side as it was before the service) after paying for the maintenance services I was handed my key fob, I had to ask the the young lady where my vehicle was park she stated "out front" after walking the entire front parking lot for approximately 10 to 15 minutes only to find my vehicle park in the back parking lot. I have never has issues with this location for previous services but this vist was horrible. Communication is key for any business and I would have greatly appreciated better communication and updates of the status of the vehicle. More
One of the main things I needed to get done to my vehicle was not done because quote unquote because I had aftermarket wheels on it and they didn't want to scratch them otherwise I was charged for work that was not done because quote unquote because I had aftermarket wheels on it and they didn't want to scratch them otherwise I was charged for work that wasn't performed and furthermore I'm pretty sure I was overcharged. According to the statement and what I've called other places to see what they would charge as well and they were considerably less so no I haven't been just real thrilled with Jones Chevrolet plus when I bought my vehicle from the beginning they were supposed to replace the bumper on the back which was dented you paid $60,000 for a vehicle and have a dented bumper and can't get it replaced that's very unprofessional and just wrong More
