I purchased a truck from this location in 2022. Upon delivery in Alabama, I noticed rust spots on the frame. They agreed to come pick up the truck, correct the rust, and return it once it was compl Upon delivery in Alabama, I noticed rust spots on the frame. They agreed to come pick up the truck, correct the rust, and return it once it was completed. They returned the truck with a new coat of paint on the frame and told me that they removed the rust. However, when they returned the vehicle, I saw rust spots again. I then told them to take the truck back and refund the money I paid. They would not take the truck back and said that I could use that payment toward another truck since I had been constantly reporting faults. I agreed. However, when I started that process of trade in, they only gave 65% of my credit even though they promised full paid value. Leadership simply covered a problem, and then did not keep their word of trade value. During a recent transmission service, the mechanic discovered multiple rusted holes in the frame from a build up of salt and dirt inside the frame. This proves that Jones never cleaned the frame prior to selling the vehicle nor did they inspect the frame when I reported the rust spots. Now I am faced with replacing the frame at my own cost. Do not trust this company, they lie to make a sale, then back out of agreements. More
