Don’t walk run from this Dealership. Found a truck on their website and worked a deal for my trade in and some cash over the phone. Asked the salesman to make sure there were no dents or Found a truck on their website and worked a deal for my trade in and some cash over the phone. Asked the salesman to make sure there were no dents or dings. He said the truck was in great condition. So a couple of days later my wife and I drove 4 1/2 hours one way to get this truck. Arrived at the dealership and the truck looked in good condition. Looking under the truck there was quite a bit of rust I asked the salesman where the truck had come from and he didn’t know. Found out after I got home it came from Ontario Canada. My wife and I went for a test drive and it seemed fine until I applied the brakes. The entire truck was shaking very hard. I turned the truck around to go back to the dealership and applied the brakes several times, had the same result. Asked the salesman if he had driven the truck and he said no. He drove the truck and it did the same thing. He said the brake rotors needed to be turned. Now we had been told that all of their used vehicles go through a 112 point inspection. No way this problem could have been missed. A manager came out and said he was xxxx mad about this and that they would turn the rotors right away. A 38000 mile truck that needed all the rotors turned, give me a break. They weren’t going to put new rotors on just fix the old ones so I could get it home. I told the manager I wouldn’t buy the truck and wanted my deposit back. Drove 4 1/2 hours back home used $162.00 of fuel. Sixty six years old and still learning new lessons. On line buying can work if people are honest. This dealership is not. More

Customer service is horrible. Drove almost two hours to see a vehicle that was crashed in the front right grill before we came said nothing was wrong with it. No photos showed. Then we found another vehicle called dealership to pay for truck knew I was on my way. Manager called to say someone put a deposit down and would call me if it does not go thru. No I did not put deposit down as it was agreed I was on my way to pay them. Even called me to ask when I was picking it up. Management called to say they would let me know if the truck does not sale. Sorry you can keep it. More
