Dylan went out of his way to accommodate us. We were looking at one vehicle and it wasn't what we were really wanting. Scheduled an appointment for Thurs morning June 27 at 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment shoul 8:30am to get a part replaced in our 2020 GMC Denali truck. Went ahead and arrived shortly after 8am. Had been told previously that appointment should take about 1 hour so I waited for repairs to be done. No one ever came to me to say things were taking longer than expected. Finally at 10:30am, I went to Cody to see what was taking so long. He said let him check the status. He came back to say that they were sending him a quote on repairs & it should only be another 10-15 minutes. Finally at 11:10am I was pulling out of the parking lot. I understand things happen & sometimes take longer than originally expected, but let the customer know. If I had not gone up and asked, I am not sure how long I would have been at the dealership that day. More
