I had to proactively reach out repeatedly to get updates, including to find out my car was/had been ready. Staff was friendly but each phone call was a major headache, I ended up waiting on hold for 15+ mins including to find out my car was/had been ready. The service dept would not even let me state my business before just throwing me on hold. Very frustrating. More
